Sad!
I know I should not feel like this summer has been a failure because of weight, but I do feel that way as I reach my highest weight in my life at 239.8. I feel like I can not add any more weight to this worn down body. I hear the phrase about nothing taste as good as thin feels, but I don’t even think when I grab something to eat and maybe that is the problem. I feel overwhelmed and compeltely out of control. One day at a time is all I can do at this point!

I DID it!!!
OK this may seem like small no brainer – but for me this is absolutely huge! Today was the first day that I made it through with no sugared soda or going through a fast food Drive through!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did have a diet Dr. Pepper – but this is a monumental day for me!

Old Habits
OK so I am learning that bad habits are really hard to break. I really need to stop the drive through habit but I just can’t seem to do it. So I am making a new rule that every time I go through any drive through I have to write about it! Let’s see how I do this week!!

Bad Habits
I just can’t seem to break the cola problem. I am going to try and switch to diet but I hate the taste- I am not sure why I crave so often but I do!

Keep Walking
Just a quick note that I love my walking DVD – that is my ticket. I was not very coordinated at first but once you get the hang of the beat – off you go!

New Day and New Week!
I had a huge week last week! My weight loss was average but each week I know also take my measurements and so far since the family biggest lost challenge has started I have lost over 6 inches total. I was amazed and so thrilled over that that I can’t wait to start pushing myself to do a little more!

I have purchased some walking DVDs – I know this sounds bizzare but it is to cold, icy, and snowy to walk outside. I hate going out in the cold to the gym so I heard that some people really like these. So this is my first round – I will have let you know how it goes!

Smoothie
Since I tend to leave out entire food groups – I am moving into one area at a time and I working on fruit – this is something that I enjoy but I tend to not select in my diet. I have bee making smoothies – without the ice cream and sugar!
